With a strong background in credit and risk management, loan operations, business development, HR strategy, and organizational leadership, he expertly bridges the gap between financial operations and HR to foster cohesive, productive workplaces. His expertise includes credit analysis, contract review, collections management, talent management, HR risk, and employee relations. A strategic problem-solver with a client-focused approach, Mr. Ezennia is committed to delivering high-quality service, mitigating risk, and driving sustainable organizational growth. His academic credentials include a Master's in Law and a Master's in Business Administration, complemented by certifications in HR and leadership. A certified change management expert, Mr. Ezennia has successfully led and participated in numerous organizational change and design projects with major corporations in Nigeria and Africa. He has also attended the prestigious Global Leadership Center in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Additionally, he has spoken at conferences, and contributed to industry publications, sharing his expertise on topics such as leadership development, HR strategy, and small business growth. He is also an active member of the Chartered Institute of Managers, Canada, professional organizations, including the Certified Professionals in Human Resources (CPHR) British Columbia and Yukon . Dr. Issah Gyimah
Dr. Issah Gyimah serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Chair of ILIOS Consulting, providing strong leadership, operational excellence, and strategic guidance across the organization. He brings 24 years of institutional and industry experience. In his dual role, he oversees all day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with ILIOS's overarching objectives. As Chair, he concurrently guides the governance framework, acting as a vital link between the company's vision and its executive execution. Dr. Gyimah integrates his expertise as a respected academic, a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR), and a Training and Development Expert to bring a unique, cross-disciplinary approach to corporate governance and executive management.

Ms. Shikha Krishna
Shikha Krishna serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer, providing strategic oversight, operational leadership, and fiscal stewardship across all areas of organizational administration and governance. With over 17 years of progressive experience across recruitment, financial services, human resources, and hospitality, she brings a proven ability to integrate financial strategy with organizational development, ensuring alignment between corporate objectives and day-to-day execution. In her dual executive capacity, Ms. Krishna leads with a focus on efficiency, transparency, and cross-functional collaboration, overseeing financial planning, HR operations, and administrative excellence. She draws upon her diverse background in both the private and consulting sectors to build resilient systems, streamline processes, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Her leadership approach emphasizes innovation, people-first management, and measurable results, enabling sustainable growth and operational integrity across the organization. Ms. Krishna’s professional foundation is supported by a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University Canada West, an Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management from Camosun College, and a Bachelor’s in Hotel Management from University of Bangalore. As a member of CPHR BC & Yukon, she brings a deep understanding of workforce strategy, ethical governance, and professional standards in human resource leadership. Dr. Oliver Kapepa
He is a seasoned HR professional and academic with over 16 years of experience across human resources and tertiary education. He has worked with three universities, authored and reviewed numerous publications, and supervised over 100 students. At Colonnade Business Leadership School, Dr. Kapepa develops contemporary corporate education programs, fosters partnerships with business schools, and drives growth-focused training initiatives.
He has extensive expertise in organizational design, talent management, employee engagement, grievance handling, CSR programs, and strategic HR planning. Through the Entrepreneurship Hub, he has trained hundreds of youths and women entrepreneurs and supported the incubation of numerous ventures, bridging academic insight with practical organizational impact.
